With a majority voting for a mid-year Clubs Day, we go again!
We're running the UCSA RE:ORI '22 | Clubs Day on:
- Tuesday 19 July 2022
This time around we are going to give you the ability to pick your own stall, so once we've approved your entry, you will receive a link to pick your stall - so the sooner you get your form in, the better spot you'll get to pick!
We do ask that where there are clubs from the same category as yourself on the map, please try to place yourself in a stall near them. Ultimately the UCSA reserve the right to alter your placement. If we do so, we will explain why, however our placement is final.
Please be aware normal campus restrictions apply, so if you want to clarify any of what you have planned, please email clubs@ucsa.org.nz.
Key Dates:
- Registrations Open - NOW - don't delay!
- Registrations Close - Friday 15 July @ 8:00am (unless all stalls reserved sooner)
- Runsheet Sent out - Once Stall is reserved
- Tag'n'testing - Monday 18 July 2022
