Welcome back to Term 4!

We know this is the term of AGMs and handover, so best of luck and thank you to all outgoing exec, and we look forward to keeping working with those coming back!

Supreme Club Nominations

It’s your last chance to get those nominations in for Supreme Clubs for 2021! Nominations close at 10am tomorrow!

We remain committed to holding a celebration of all you have achieved this year. If we remain at Level 2 we will be limiting the event to 50 people. This means invites will be to the Presidents of those clubs that are finalists, as well as the finalists for Individual Contribution Recognition Awards. We will also look to provide a live stream of the Awards Presentation for those unable to attend.

But let’s all hope we are back to level one, and make sure you get those nominations in!

QPay Feedback

We know we rolled QPay out to you all quite quickly at the start of this year, and there have been some teething problems with it. However, the developers are very responsive to feedback, and we have communicated several of your frustrations, and they are actively working on solutions to them – particularly around the mail out and SMS functions.

Up until now we have been on a trial of QPay, and so we are seeking your feedback on QPay prior to us locking in continuing with it. Ultimately, we want to minimise the changes we put you all through and get some consistency with the way we do things, but if you all tell us that QPay is not working for you, then we may need to look at alternative options.

If you could please complete this quick survey by the end of next week – Friday 24 September at 10am – it would be much appreciated.

Once we have collated your feedback, we will make sure to share it with you all.
