Photocopying and Printing

Our team at the UCSA Reception can assist you with all printing and photocopying requests.
Promotion of Events
UCSA provides several channels to help promote your club and events, including:
- CANTA Club Pages
- UCSA Noticeboards (posters must be stamped at UCSA Reception)
- UC TV
Making use of these promotional opportunities can help increase event attendance and grow your membership.
Clubs Day
The UCSA hosts three Clubs Days each year, providing clubs with an opportunity to connect with students, recruit new members, and showcase what they do.
- Two Clubs Days are held during Orientation at the start of Semester One.
- One Clubs Day is held during Re-Orientation at the start of Semester Two.
Registration information is distributed through the Clubs Newsletter and UCSA social media channels. Spaces are limited and demand is high, so we recommend registering as early as possible.
While we work hard to accommodate every club’s requirements, space and power allocations may be adjusted to ensure all participating clubs can be represented.
Why Participate?
Clubs Days are one of the best opportunities to:
- Recruit new members
- Raise awareness of your club
- Test interest in new activities and initiatives
- Connect with the wider UC community
- Showcase what makes your club unique
Whether you’re a long-established club or a newly affiliated group, Clubs Days are an invaluable opportunity to engage with students and grow your presence on campus.
Please note: Participation in Clubs Days is exclusively available to affiliated clubs. Make sure your affiliation is up to date to secure your place.
