Once received, your submission will be reviewed by the Clubs Team.
Processing times may vary depending on the date of submission.
Affiliation forms will be reviewed first by the Clubs Team, and once provisionally approved, will be sent to the UCSA Executive for final approval.
The UCSA Executive consider affiliations fortnightly during term time.
Most UCSA club benefits will be provided to provisionally approved clubs, excluding grants.
If you're requesting to affiliate a new club for the first time, please ensure that you're familiar with the conditions of affiliation.
