Planning Your Session
Podcast recording sessions include a space in Haere-roa, recording equipment and a basic setup (couches/coffee table).
You will need to provide:
- A laptop/mobile phone to capture the recording.
- Cameras, if you wish to film your session.
Podcast recording sessions are self-managed, and staff will not be present during your recording. If you need technical support during your booking, please refer to the instructions provided with the recording equipment.
Please leave the space clean and tidy after your session for the next booking.
UCSA reserves the right to reschedule your booking if space availability changes.
Terms and Conditions
By booking a podcast recording, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- Users are solely responsible for all content recorded during their session and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Content must not be illegal, defamatory, misleading, harmful, or promote violence, hate, or discrimination.
- Users must ensure they have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, and consents for any material, guests, or third-party content included in their recording.
- UCSA reserves the right to stop or cancel any recording session if content is deemed to breach these conditions.
- Use of UCSA facilities does not constitute or imply any endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with the user or their content.
- Users must not state or suggest that UCSA supports, endorses, or is affiliated with their content or views.

Sessions are currently available for 2-hour blocks on dedicated days of the week. Availability may be expanded based on the program’s success.
