Scanning tickets with Flicket is super easy – and can be done off any smartphone / device with a camera and internet access. Simply follow these steps:
- Search scanner.flicket.co.nz on safari / chrome
- You can save a link to this page on your home screen by clicking the middle button on the bottom of your screen that has a square with an arrow pointing upward
- Scroll down and click add to home screen – name this what you wish and hit add in the top right corner
- Open the app on the home screen and allow access to camera.
- Tap Select Organisation and then type UCSA Clubs, and tap on us when we pop up.
- Enter your username and password. If you do not have a username and password, email clubs@ucsa.org.nz.
- From there you will be able to select the event you want to scan.
- Ensure the scan mode is on SCAN IN (scan out mode will be if you are allowing people to come and go from the event)
- If you want to swap events, hit the three bars in the top left corners, click events and select the next event.
