Refunds and Cancellation Information

Refunding a single order / ticket

If you need to refund an individual ticket, please email clubs@ucsa.org.nz to request a member of the team process the refund.

Please advise in the email whether you would like the fees to be refunded in addition to the ticket price.

Cancelling an Event

If you need to cancel an event and bulk refund the attendees, please email clubs@ucsa.org.nz and a member of the team will be able to assist with the process.

Please note you will still be responsible for ticket fees.
